Waited in line 20 minutes just to place order on a Sunday morning!! Only 1 cook and 1 cashier. Eatery inside casino was very slow service. Safety issue, room window was unlocked and slightly open. Stay elsewhere and then visit the casino. Lobby carpet didnt look like it had been vacuumed in weeks. Lobby floral arrangements have dust buildup and cobwebs. Told mgr at checkout and she never apologized either.
Told front desk and they sent maintenance to remove. Peeling of the chrome coating on Bathroom tub, hot water is boiling hot. Mgr Blamed it on 3rd party and didn't apologize. We had our temperature checked but our other couple didn't. Took 15 minutes to find our reservation when trying to check in.
